Job Description
- Ensure all staff on the floor are meeting Rimrock standards of guest satisfaction and service
- Provide ongoing training motivating and monitoring of staff
- Provide floor support when business levels require including expediting food preparing and serving beverages conducting quality checks etc.
- Handle guest requests and complaints and authorize compensation when necessary
- Adhere to and enforce organizational policies and procedures
- Perform office duties such as scheduling monthly inventory and passon
Qualifications :
- Previous experience working in restaurant frontofhouse operations or inroom dining
- Minimum one year of experience working in a leadership role
- Postsecondary education in hospitality is an asset
- Alberta ProServe Certification
- Wine beer and cocktail knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
- Ability to remain composed while working in a fastpaced environment
Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
