- Develop and implement innovative menu concepts that reflect current culinary trends and showcase locally sourced ingredients
- Lead mentor and inspire a talented team of culinary professionals fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
- Oversee all kitchen operations including food preparation quality control and presentation standards
- Manage inventory food costs and budgeting to ensure optimal profitability without compromising quality
- Collaborate with the management team to enhance overall guest satisfaction and drive business growth
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of kitchen hygiene
- Participate in menu engineering pricing strategies and special event planning
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and technologies to improve kitchen efficiency
- Engage with guests gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to enhance the dining experience
- Foster relationships with local suppliers and farmers to source the finest ingredients
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Head Chef in a midscale or premium brand.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of managing and developing highperforming kitchen teams
- Exceptional culinary skills and expertise in menu creation food presentation and modern cooking techniques
- Strong knowledge of various international cuisines and current dietary trends
- Proficiency inventory management systems
- Excellent understanding of food costing budgeting and financial management in kitchen operations
- Indepth knowledge of food safety regulations HACCP principles and kitchen hygiene standards
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and continuously elevating culinary standards
- Flexibility to work weekends evenings and holidays as required
- Creativity and vision to innovate and stay ahead of culinary trends
