YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You consult with the business to identify learning needs and codesign global learning and development journeys trainings and policies with experienced experts for our Operations Service Center Headquarters and TECH leaders
• You support the success of global culture initiatives employee engagement and performance management programs by developing clear and practical enablement materials for our managers
• You monitor and evaluate key success metrics to continuously improve program quality and ensure program content remains relevant and up to date
• You ensure program quality and the of global standards for learning journeys and policies in all corporate countries
• You partner and collaborate with experts and trainers for training design and learning technology for optimal program development

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Educational Background You hold a degree in business HR management or a related field
• Learning Design Background You have gained experience in designing and implementing Leadership Development programs and in working with external partners
• SelfStarter You are proactive and accountable with the ability to independently manage complex multistakeholder projects
• People Skills You possess strong communication and collaboration skills adept at engaging diverse teams and navigating cultural differences
• Analytical Strength You have the ability to use data and HR metrics to inform decisionmaking and measure program success
