Job Description
Your tasks & duties:
- Developing and maintaining the existing managed IT infrastructure including WAN SDWAN LAN and WLAN.
- Handling service requests.
- Executing IT infrastructure projects by implementing solutions.
- Diagnosing analyzing and ensuring the proper operation of the LAN/WAN network.
- Managing and administering computer network monitoring.
- Creating documentation and procedures.
- Providing technical support to development and business support teams.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years experience in supporting network technologies in mid/largesize companies.
- Practical knowledge of network security and VPN configuration.
- Experience in configuring Cisco and Fortinet devices.
- Knowledge of issues related to the management of LAN/WAN/WLAN networks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Availability for oncall duty including one oncall rotation 24/7.
- Availability for business travel.
- Good spoken and written English skills at a minimum of B2 level.
- Valid driving license for category B.
