Job Description
- of projects on complex technical IT topics
- Designing the architecture and design of software solutions in the finance context
- Preparing decisions on technical issues
- Providing second level user support on automations
- Guiding and mentoring working students and junior colleagues
- Independently handling all developer tasks from solution design to deployment using agile methods
- Utilizing strong analytical skills for problem and error resolution in thirdlevel support
- Excellent knowledge of modern development methodologies and their application for continuous improvement of solutions and IT processes
- Knowledge in implementing security measures data security requirements and access concepts
- Interdisciplinary work with among others Global IT Controlling Purchasing Warehouse Management Accounting and Laboratories
Qualifications :
Education and Professional Experience: (Minimum Requirement)
- Completed Bachelors degree in Business Informatics or a similar qualification
- At least three years of experience in application development with knowledge of applications and processes in the finance environment
Professional Competence Special Knowledge:
- Excellent knowledge of programming languages and design patterns especially Python ETL processes and relational databases
- Experience in applying best practices of agile methods especially Scrum
- Knowledge of finance and accounting topics and how they are represented in ERP systems
- Identification and implementation of new technologies and tools that contribute to improving development processes
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team
- Possess C1 language proficiency in English capable of understanding complex content expressing ideas fluently and producing detailed wellstructured content for professional purposes
- Possessing German B1 language proficiency is desireable capable of understanding main points in meetings and replying in tickets
Personal Competences:
- High team skills for constructive collaboration with colleagues
- Very high communication skills to explain complex technical issues in an understandable manner
- High sense of responsibility for the entirety of the teams services
- Excellent ability to selforganize and manage task changes
- Willingness to introduce new technologies and methodologies
