Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and detailoriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Birmingham AL. In this role you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers handling inquiries resolving issues and ensuring complete satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls and emails in a professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding products services and company policies
Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently and effectively
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using our internal systems
Collaborate with other departments to support customer needs
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved
Maintain a positive and respectful tone in all interactions
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
Strong communication and problemsolving skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficiency in using computers and customer service software
Reliable patient and teamoriented
