Job Description

Linkage Web Solutions is looking forHuman Resources Coordinatoryour main responsibility will be overseeing the recruitment process to ensure all departments have the manpower needed to meet operational demands.

What We Seek

  • Female aged 3045 residing near Angeles City.

  • Bachelors degreein Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.

  • At least 35 years of experiencein HR and recruitment ideally in remote staffing or the BPO industry.

  • Proven expertise in sourcing interviewing and hiring for multiple roles across departments.

  • Strong knowledge ofPhilippine labor laws and HR compliance requirements.

  • Proficiency in usingHR tools/software(e.g. ATS HRIS).

  • Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience working with international clients particularly USbased is highly preferred.

  • Ability to oversee recruitment advertising in collaboration with the Marketing team.

  • A proactive problemsolver who values confidentiality and teamwork.

  • Seeking a longterm role with a growing dynamic company.

Daily Workload

Recruitment & Staffing:

  • Manage endtoend recruitment to fill open positions acrossSales Marketing Billing Support Staffing Development IT and Creativedepartments.

  • Collaborate with department heads to create accurate job descriptions and define hiring strategies.

  • Work with the Marketing Department Head to place ads online and in local areas to attract top talent.

  • Source candidates for USbased clients organize interviews and facilitate the selection process for remote staff and virtual assistants.

  • Maintain a continuous pipeline of candidates to meet company and client staffing needs.


Client Collaboration:

  • Communicate directly with USbased clients to understand their staffing requirements.

  • Provide regular updates to clients on candidate sourcing and progress during the recruitment process.

  • Ensure the selection process aligns with client expectations and timelines.


HR Administration:

  • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the company and client teams.

  • Handle offboarding processes professionally and in compliance with company policies.

  • Update and maintain the employee handbook ensuring policies are clearly communicated.

  • Address employee concerns and manage disciplinary actions as needed.

Employee Engagement & Development:

  • Foster a positive workplace environment that aligns with company culture and values.

  • Support department heads with performance management and development programs.

  • Organize teambuilding activities to improve morale and engagement.

Compliance & RecordKeeping:

  • Ensure the company complies with all Philippine labor laws and regulations.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

STARTING SALARY OFFER OF25000 to 38000/monthly
