We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to spearhead the growth and expansion of our client’s Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) business. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the electronics industry a deep understanding of PCBA and EMS processes and a proven track record of securing and managing key customer accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to drive results in a fastpaced customerfocused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and business development strategies to drive revenue and market share growth in the EMS sector.
- Manage the entire business development lifecycle from lead generation and prospecting to proposal development negotiation and closing.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities partnerships and strategic alliances to support longterm business objectives.
- Canvass and acquire new EMS customers particularly in sectors such as consumer electronics industrial automotive and medical devices.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals presentations and pitches tailored to customer needs and competitive positioning.
- Build maintain and expand strong client relationships ensuring consistent communication service excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering operations procurement) to ensure customer requirements are met effectively.
- Explore crossselling opportunities and joint marketing initiatives to expand business reach and profitability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering Telecommunications Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years’ of experience in sales or business development within the EMS / contract manufacturing industry.
- Wellestablished network and relationships within the electronics manufacturing ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes NPI (New Product Introduction) and supply chain considerations.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently generate leads and convert opportunities into longterm customer relationships.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strategic analytical and commercially savvy with a strong drive for results.
- Leadership experience and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across teams.
- Willingness to travel regionally or globally as required.
