Transaction Administrator
We are seeking two professionals for an opportunity with our client in the insurance industry. This role supports the Affinity Policy Service team in managing a high volume of client transactions and policy servicing tasks. The successful candidates will contribute to efficient operations accurate processing and a strong client experience particularly in areas involving policy changes payment adjustments and ongoing policy maintenance. This position offers the chance to engage in meaningful work that involves problemsolving collaboration and process improvement within a dynamic environment.

Hourly salary of $22 to $24 based on experience.
12month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.
Hybrid work: 3 office days from Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:
Support the Affinity Policy Service team by managing customer requests such as policy changes payment method updates and policy maintenance.
Review and process complex incoming transactions accurately and on time.
Handle sensitive and escalated cases including testing for system enhancements and providing detailed resolutions.
Deliver highquality service through professional communication via email phone and written correspondence.
Leverage knowledge of Individual Insurance and Affinity Markets including systems and crossfunctional processes within Policy Owner Services.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency.
Independently research analyze and resolve internal and external client requests taking appropriate action to ensure optimal outcomes.
Participate in data cleanup initiatives as required.
Provide peer training and support for departmental functions as needed.
Act as a senior resource by coaching team members and recommending development opportunities.
What you will need to succeed:
College diploma or equivalent business experience.
2 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles.
Excellent mathematical skills including the ability to perform calculations related to discounts and refunds.
Proficient with Microsoft Office particularly Word and Excel.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Effective problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities.
Detailoriented selfstarter with strong initiative.
Comfortable working in a highpaced environment.
Resilient adaptable and responsive to change.
Teamoriented with strong collaboration skills across departments and locations.
Committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Bilingual in English and French to support clients in both languages particularly when handling policy changes escalated cases and customer inquiries is considered an asset.

Previous experience in a financial institution or insurance company is considered an asset.
Confident communicator comfortable asking questions and taking initiative in written and verbal exchanges.
