Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Business Setup & Strategy: Lead the establishment of the interior design division including strategy development branding and service offerings.
Operations Management: Oversee daytoday operations ensuring smooth of projects from concept to completion.
Team Leadership: Recruit train and manage a team of designers vendors and contractors to deliver highquality interior solutions.
Client Engagement: Understand clients requirements provide design consultations and ensure satisfaction through innovative and functional designs.
Design & : Develop design concepts space planning and material selection while ensuring timely project within budget constraints.
Vendor & Supplier Management: Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure costeffective sourcing of materials and services.
Market Research & Trends: Stay updated with industry trends emerging design technologies and market demands to offer competitive and modern design solutions.
Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare project estimates manage expenses and optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all designs adhere to industry standards building codes and company quality benchmarks.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor s degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
Minimum 2 year of experience in interior design project management or a similar role.
Strong leadership and business acumen to set up and scale the interior design division.
Excellent creative vision attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD SketchUp Photoshop or similar tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients vendors and team members.
Ability to multitask meet deadlines and work in a fastpaced environment.
