Manage and prioritize the executives email correspondence ensuring timely responses and followups.
Coordinate complex calendars schedule meetings and organize appointments to optimize the executives time.
Prepare meeting agendas take minutes and ensure action items are tracked and completed.
Assist in project coordination by monitoring progress and providing regular updates.
Handle travel arrangements including booking flights accommodation and itineraries as needed.
Conduct research and compile information to support decisionmaking processes.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Perform general administrative tasks to support the executives daily operations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Based in the Lower Mainland BC with the capability to attend occasional inperson meetings.
