Our client a fastgrowing firm specialized in fintech is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Spearhead backend system design using Golang ensuring clean scalable and reliable architecture.
Lead and mentor both local and remote development teams aligning them with technical objectives and project delivery timelines.
Oversee the complete software development lifecycle from gathering requirements to deployment for backend solutions tailored to financial industry clients.
Partner with DevOps QA UI/UX and business teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Advocate for toptier coding standards best practices and system performance improvements.
Act as the technical representative in client discussions articulating design decisions implementation strategies and longterm technical plans.
Requirements
Over 15 years of handson experience in professional software development with at least 5 years specializing in backend development with Golang.
Demonstrated leadership in managing backend teams for largescale enterprise applications.
Indepth knowledge of Goroutines objectoriented programming MVC design patterns and Clean Architecture.
Strong expertise in building RESTful APIs optimizing backend performance and ensuring secure application design.
Extensive experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL MySQL or equivalents.
Skilled in unit testing troubleshooting and enhancing code performance.
Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in financial services or large enterprise systems
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Docker Kubernetes and API Gateways like Kong or Apigee
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP)
Understanding of Agile tools like JIRA
Exposure to code quality and static analysis tools
