Your Mission
As our new Delivery Specialist you will be part of the Implementation & Client Success Team and report to the Head of Service Delivery. We are a team of skilled professionals responsible for ensuring that our customers achieve seamless integration of Mercells products into their procurement and contract management workflows. By closely collaborating with clients we empower them to unlock the full potential of our solutions.
You will play a critical role in delivering excellent implementation services fostering client adoption and ensuring longterm success with our products.

Core Responsibilities
Implementation Management: Lead the endtoend implementation of Mercells products ensuring projects meet client requirements and are delivered on time.
Client Training & Adoption: Develop and deliver training materials conduct workshops and support knowledge transfer for client teams.
Configuration & Customization: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs configure solutions and ensure alignment with their business processes.
Project Coordination: Monitor project timelines proactively address potential challenges and maintain transparent communication with clients.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of implemented solutions and resolve any discrepancies to guarantee client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in business technology or a related field.
Proven experience in project management client implementation or training roles.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal with fluency in Finnish & English. .
Handson experience with SaaS platforms and client engagement.
Proficiency in developing training materials and delivering presentations.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with procurement or contract management processes.
Experience working in an international crossfunctional team.
Problemsolving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Start Date: As soon as possible
Duration: Fulltime permanent
Workplace Type: Hybrid remote
Location: Helsinki Finland or Stockholm Sweden
