Job Description

As our new Operations Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth daytoday functioning of operational processes at Performativ with a focus on the backoffice capital markets space. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of data quality and improving operational efficiency. This is a handson role requiring strong attention to detail an analytical mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a very fastpaced clientcentric environment.

What Youll Do

  1. Ensure Data Integrity Across Clients
    • Maintain accuracy and consistency of data deliveries and the integrity of this data across different custodians and trading venues.
    • Monitor and reconcile data feeds identifying and resolving discrepancies proactively.
    • Work closely with the Product and Tech teams to improve data validation and reconciliation processes including incident responses.
  2. Data migration during Client Onboardings
    • Oversee and own data migration and reconciliation process during new client onboardings
    • Act as a point of contact for operational queries during the onboarding phase.
  3. Operational Process Improvement
    • Review and enhance operational workflows and documentation to drive efficiency and scalability.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to automate repetitive tasks and reduce manual interventions.
    • Implement best practices to streamline data management.
  4. Team Support and Leadership
    • Mentor junior team members and provide training on system workflows and operational standards.

What Were Looking For

  • 4 years of experience in Operations/Backoffice from the Banking sector is a requirement.
  • Strong data management/programming skills; familiarity with Python or PowerQuery or other BI tools is a big plus. Power user of Excel is a requirement.
  • Experience working with capital markets data custodian data and data migration flows. General understanding of the flows of listed markets is another great plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic environment with a proactive and handson approach.
