WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a highly organised and professional Key Account Customer Success Executive to provide comprehensive administrative support to our key account team and meet tight deadlines. This role involves acting as the principal point of contact for project delivery in a highly regulated sector. A key focus is on compliance necessitating a strong aptitude in contracts and agreements alongside meticulous attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problemsolver with exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and multiple accounts simultaneously and efficiently. This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders including marketing operations sales and finance teams as well as direct communication with clients to deliver outstanding event experiences

THE ROLE:

    Compliance Management:

    • Ensure all projects adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
    • Review and manage contracts and agreements to guarantee compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support compliance efforts and facilitate audits.
    • Meticulously manage project details to ensure all client requirements and regulatory standards are met. Attention to detail is a must.
    • Conduct thorough reviews of project deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality.
    • Monitor project progress and address any issues promptly to maintain compliance and client satisfaction.

    Client Management:

    • Principal Contact for Project Delivery: Act as the main liaison for pharmaceutical clients ensuring professional and responsive communication throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Understand client needs and expectations tailoring event solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Provide regular updates to clients regarding event progress and address any concerns promptly.
    • Handle client enquiries and concerns promptly and professionally via phone email and inperson meetings.
    • Liaise with clients internal teams to facilitate the approval process for artwork and other materials ensuring they are compliant with current regulations and brand guidelines are met.
    • Collaborate with client legal and finance teams to develop companywide MSAs
    • Manage multiple event accounts simultaneously ensuring each project receives adequate attention and resources.
    • Monitor and track project progress ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
    • Maintain accurate records of all eventrelated activities and communications.
    • Collaborate with the Head of Pharmaceutical Accounts and other team members to develop strategies for enhancing client satisfaction and retention

    Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless integration and of event plans. (marketing operations sales finance) to align event objectives and logistics.

    Facilitate effective communication and coordination between teams to achieve event goals.

    Manage event timelines and resources efficiently.

      • Aid and guidance to clients in completing necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner ensuring internal adherence to their regulatory standards.
    • present postevent reports to stakeholders.
    • Act as the CloserStill Media pharmaceutical compliance lead providing guidance and support to all departments as well as running internal training and keeping materials up to date.

    Quality Assurance:

    • Conduct thorough reviews of event plans and processes to ensure adherence to company standards and client expectations.
    • Stay abreast of industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and provide proactive support to clients.
    • Ensuring clients are compliant with paperwork and regulatory requirements.
    • Aid and guide clients in completing necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner ensuring internal adherence to their regulatory standards.
    • Work directly with Compliance Hub an external agency who supports with pharmaceutical compliance.
    • Identify and address potential risks or issues proactively.
    • Implement feedback from clients and stakeholders to continuously improve event
