As the Director HR Business Partner for a key business unit of Enterprise Technology youll be a pivotal leader in driving our people strategy during a period of unprecedented transformation. This is a highimpact role where youll directly influence the employee experience organizational design and talent initiatives that will power Fords next chapter. What youll do...

  • Lead the design implementation and of a respective business units HR strategy and overall HR program delivery spanning organization design talent and workforce plans and all company and business unit HR objectives.
  • Drive the organization and HR Business Partner team towards a culture of excellence prepare leaders and teams to embrace organizational change and collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure employees feel engaged and inspired to deliver business results in a dynamic and challenging environment.
  • Design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Translate companywide objectives and initiatives into approaches that are tailored to the specific needs of the respective business unit technical leaders and employees.
  • Create and implement change management strategies. Codesign new organization structures that maximize organizational effectiveness and support the delivery of Ford.
  • Partner with operations to develop strategic workforce plans that align the workforce with business needs. Work with the appropriate stakeholders to drive the of the workforce strategy.

Youll have...

  • Bachelors degree in human resources Organizational Development or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience.
  • 8 years of work experience with a Masters degree or 10 years of work experience with a Bachelors degree preferably in Human Relations or a related field.

  • Prior experience in supporting a large technology client
  • Experience leading transformation and driving culture change
  • Experience leading and implementing global organization design
  • Ability to collaborate influence business and HR stakeholders

This role is hybrid out of Dearborn MI (relocation package available).
