Job Description
ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) is currently seeking a dedicated and experiencedPlastic Surgery Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in our local Sylvania OH location.
- Scheduled Monday through Friday 8a4:30p
- Rotating Weekend Rounding (Toledo and Flower Hospital) weekday schedule adjusted for these weekends
- Possible Pager Call
- Busy Plastics office with one Physician and two Advanced Practice Providers
- Prevous plastics and/or wound care experience desired

Requirements
- Certificate of Authority to practice.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) CPR certification.
Physician Assistant:
- Mastersdegree
- Must be licensed or license eligible in the state of Ohio
- Certificate of Authority to practice is required.
Nurse Practitioner:
- Master of Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) degree
- Must be licensed or license eligible in the stateof Ohio.
