Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process including job posting candidate sourcing interviewing and onboarding
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs including enrollment and addressing employee inquiries
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries resolving conflicts and ensuring a positive work environment
- Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and provide guidance on workforce planning
- Assist in developing and delivering employee training programs to enhance skills and professional development
- Maintain accurate and uptodate HR records including employee files documentation and reports
- Assist with performance management processes including evaluations and feedback discussions
- Ensure compliance with employment laws regulations and company policies
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance the HR function
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to contribute to the organizations HR strategies

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (HR certification is a plus)
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
- Solid understanding of HR principles practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in recordkeeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
