What you will do:
- Be a bridge between business and technology youll dive deep into business needs understand processes find improvement opportunities and translate them into impactful solutions
- Become the Zowie AI product expert capable of finding nonobvious ways of achieving customers objectives
- Lead advanced product configuration as well as customer onboarding and implementation projects
- Work with customers technical teams to implement dedicated integrations with their systems
- Work with our Customer Success Team to improve Zowies business value to existing customers
Ideally youll bring with you:
- A customerfirst attitude
- Great communication skills to understand customer needs deeply and explain complex technical issues in simple terms
- Proven experience in business processing mapping and working with senior stakeholders in large organizations
- Ability to understand JS and write simple scripts
- Great problemsolving skills
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- High proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
- Excitement about the power of AI tools
- High degree of ownership and autonomy
Itll be awesome if you have:
- Experience working with APIs (REST GraphQL SOAP web services etc.
- Strong project management skills
- Data analysis skills
- Experience working with lowcode platforms or SaaS environment
