Job Vacancy: Maintenance Assistant at Foxhills Collection
Are you a handson individual with a knack for fixing things and keeping facilities in top condition Foxhills Collection is currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Assistant to join our team and contribute to the upkeep of our luxurious establishment.

Location: Foxhills Club & Resort Ottershaw Surrey
Type: Fulltime

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of buildings equipment and facilities including plumbing electrical and general carpentry tasks
- Perform routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance issues and safety hazards
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to ensure the safety and comfort of guests and staff
- Assist with landscaping and groundskeeping tasks as needed including mowing trimming and snow removal
- Keep maintenance areas clean organized and stocked with necessary supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to support the overall operation of the establishment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in maintenance or a related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing electrical and general carpentry techniques
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
