What youll be doing:

• Youll support on a 11 basis promoting independence.
• Working to maintain a high level of support thats required for the service needs.
• Personal care will be required.
• Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
• Working within a residential setting with adults who may have Learning disabilities and or complex needs.
• be part of an oncall system once a week after probation
