Were looking for a Technical / Sales Support Engineer to support our spares and service operations. This role blends technical expertise with customer-facing support helping drive sales ensure project success and improve documentation quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries prepare accurate quotes and convert leads into sales
- Promote spare parts and technical services based on customer needs
- Provide technical support on part selection installation and servicing
- Coordinate with engineering supply chain and service teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintain and improve technical documentation (manuals catalogues guides)
- Manage small service/parts projects monitoring cost scope and timelines
- Identify sales opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives
What Youll Bring:
- Degree in engineering or equivalent experience
- 35 years in project engineering technical sales or a similar role
- Strong technical knowledge and customer service mindset
- Experience with quotations documentation and project coordination
- Excellent communication problem-solving and organisational skills
