This role is critical to Meters success
To achieve our mission we must ensure our network deployments are designed for performance and scale as well as executed flawlessly. As a Deployment Engineer you will be responsible for translating customer requirements to fully designed wired and wireless networks using Meters inhouse tooling. Youll lead all technical decisions throughout the design and deployment phases and support our customers through network turnup and validation. Your expertise will directly impact the efficiency of our deployments and the satisfaction of our customers enabling Meter to scale and meet the growing demand for reliable internet infrastructure.
You will have an impact by
- Designing performant and resilient networks: You will create wireless and wired network designs using Meters inhouse toolkit.
- Leading critical technical decisions: You will lead technical network decisions during design and deployment phases until network golive and validation are complete.
- Supporting network turnup: You will troubleshoot and support critical devices and network functionality during the network turnup phase ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
- Supporting Onsite Installation: You will visit complex customer sites as needed to support installation and validation ensuring successful deployment.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams: You will work closely with Deployment Project Managers Sales Engineers and Product Engineering to design the next generation of Meters deployment and networking products.

Compensation
We think about Meters compensation package as a combination of salary equity benefits and the experience of working with a talented team to make the biggest impact of your career.
- The estimated pay range for this role is $110000 $160000.
- Additionally this role is eligible to participate in Meters equity plan.
The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the Bay Area. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors such as your skills qualifications and experience.
