Aztrum is delighted to be working closely with a RIBA Chartered Practice based in Essex who work closely with National House Builders.
As an Architect you will play a key role in the design and delivery of architectural projects from concept through to completion. You will be responsible for technical detailing preparing working drawings and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with strong technical skills and experience in project coordination.
Key Responsibilitiesfor this Architect role:
- Develop detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations codes and industry standards.
- Collaborate with architects engineers and other consultants to develop innovative solutions.
- Coordinate and manage project documentation throughout all project stages.
- Conduct site visits surveys and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure quality control.
Requirementsfor this Architect role:
- Degree in Architecture and ARB/RIBA registration (or equivalent).
- Strong design and technical expertise with proficiency in Revit AutoCAD and other industrystandard software.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations planning policies and construction methods.
- Excellent leadership project management and problemsolving skills.
- A genuine interest in leading a productive team.
