The successful candidate will drive full cycle recruiting efforts oversee compliance with federal hiring regulations and enhance the companys ability to attract and retain top talent in the GovCon space. The Talent Acquisition Director will work closely with senior leadership and multiple hiring management teams across the organization to forecast talent needs develop robust pipeline strategies and ensure a bestinclass candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and lead comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract highquality candidates for government contracts cleared positions and corporate roles.
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters fostering a collaborative and highperformance recruiting culture.
  • Establish key performance metrics to measure hiring success pipeline health and timetofill rates.
  • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to assess workforce needs and align recruiting efforts with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal state and local hiring regulations including OFCCP FAR and EEO guidelines.
  • Enhance employer branding and talent attraction strategies through innovative sourcing techniques networking and recruitment marketing.

Operational & Recruitment Compliance

  • Oversee full cycle recruiting efforts for positions requiring security clearances ensuring a streamlined and compliant hiring process.
  • Lead proposal recruiting efforts working closely with Business Development teams to staff bids and contingent hires.
  • Manage recruitment tools including ATS optimization job board usage and datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruiting partners staffing agencies and universities to enhance talent pipelines.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize recruitment operations.


Stakeholder Engagement & Team Development
  • Collaborate with executives hiring managers and multiple program teams to align talent acquisition strategies with overall business growth.
  • Provide training and mentorship to recruiters ensuring the team stays ahead of industry trends and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct regular recruitment analytics reporting to assess hiring effectiveness and provide insights for leadership decisionmaking.


Requirements


Security Clearance Requirement:

Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a government security clearance.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10 years of recruiting experience specifically supporting federal government contracts and positions requiring security clearances.
  • 5 years of experience leading a talent acquisition function including managing teams and implementing recruiting strategies.
  • Strong understanding of federal hiring regulations including OFCCP FAR and affirmative action requirements.
  • Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technology tools.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting workforce transitions contract rampups and largescale hiring initiatives in the GovCon sector.
  • SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential or similar certification.
  • Experience optimizing ATS platforms for efficiency and compliance.
