Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Personal Lines Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and growing our portfolio of personal insurance accounts. You will provide exceptional customer service identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance solutions to meet clients needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of personal insurance accounts including homeowners auto and umbrella policies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions
- Review existing policies identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries claims and policy changes
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes bind coverage and process policy endorsements
- Stay uptodate on industry trends insurance products and underwriting guidelines
- Work closely with insurance producers and other team members to ensure a seamless client experience
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills in the insurance industry
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in the insurance industry with a focus on personal lines
- Indepth knowledge of personal insurance products coverages and underwriting guidelines
- Strong communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment
- Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Insurance industry certifications (e.g. CISR CIC) are a plus
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License
