This is a unique opportunity to provide operational expertise for a strategic program focused on cuttingedge research and sustainable solutions in recycling and clean energy. You will work with a collaborative and dedicated team across the University of Newcastle and UNSW gain valuable experience and contribute to achieving the Universitys strategic goals.

Were looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the daytoday operations for the Trailblazer for Recycling and Clean Energy (TRaCE) Program. This is a unique opportunity to play a strategic leadership role in a highimpact program working closely with internal teams and external partners to drive meaningful outcomes.
In this role you will:
- Oversee the daily operations of the program including supervising project staff managing reporting processes and monitoring KPIs and research outcomes.
- Lead planning and coordination across the programs activities ensuring effective processes and timely highquality outputs.
- Provide highlevel strategic advice to support the TRaCE Director and team in delivering on the Programs milestones.
- Foster internal and external partnerships and collaborations achieving common goals and positive partnership outcomes.
This fixed term position until June 2027 is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal land).
How will you inspire us
You will have:
- Proven experience in program or project management with a strong track record of delivering strategic and operational outcomes.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to foster collaboration and build productive relationships.
- Strong communication skills including demonstrated ability to provide strategic advice and support to senior management.
- Strong financial and planning capabilities including managing budgets reporting and operational performance.

The remuneration for this position isfrom$136030 to $%superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.
