A bit about the role
Were expanding our Channel team and looking for a Channel Account Manager who will own and grow our partner ecosystem. In this role youll manage relationships with key channel partnerssuch as distributors VARs MSPs and integratorsto drive new customer acquisition and revenue. Youll empower partners with the right tools training and joint gotomarket efforts collaborate closely with our Sales Marketing and Product teams and represent Solink at key industry events.
WHO YOU ARE:
Experienced Channel Sales Professional: You have 35 years of experience in channel sales partner management or alliances roles preferably in physical security SaaS or networking. Youve successfully managed and grown a book of channel partners like VARs MSPs or distributors.
Strategic Thinker with Tactical : You understand how to build and execute channel strategies tier partners effectively and align joint gotomarket plans. You balance highlevel strategy with handson work to hit your numbers.
Relationship Builder & Influencer: You are a natural connector with strong interpersonal skills. You build trust and mindshare with partners motivate them to prioritize your product and know how to navigate complex partner ecosystems.
Strong Communicator & Presenter: Whether delivering training presenting at a QBR or pitching a cosell plan you are clear persuasive and audiencefocusedboth in writing and in person.
DataDriven & ProcessOriented: Youre fluent in pipeline management forecasting and performance tracking in CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot. You use data to identify gaps and opportunities.

WHAT WILL YOU DO
Own and Expand Channel Relationships: Manage a portfolio of distributors VARs MSPs and integrators. Cultivate longterm partnerships by understanding partner needs delivering continuous value and driving engagement across different stakeholder levelsfrom executive sponsors to frontline sellers.
Drive NetNew Business through Channel: Activate and enable partners to generate leads and close deals. Leverage deal registration processes support coselling and champion Solinks value proposition to accelerate customer acquisition.
Develop Joint GotoMarket Strategies: Build and execute channelspecific GTM plans including cobranded campaigns product positioning and competitive playbooks. Collaborate with Marketing on scalable partner enablement assets.
Deliver WorldClass Partner Enablement: Design and lead partner onboarding certification and training programs. Provide access to sales tools collateral and product updates that empower partners to effectively sell Solink.
Forecast Track and Report Performance: Monitor partner pipeline health forecast accuracy and revenue attainment. Use CRM and PRM tools to generate insights and share performance updates with internal stakeholders.
Scale and Optimize the Channel Program: Contribute to key initiatives such as launching a tiered partner program developing new onboarding frameworks and driving regional expansion. Play a key role in shaping the next phase of Solinks channel growth.
