Team Summary
The Visa Global Digital Sales team is a newly formed global sales organization with an opportunity to be a tremendous revenue growth engine for the company. This new team is at the forefront of establishing cuttingedge opportunistic sales motions leveraging AI and automation digital marketing and analytics to drive impactful demand response and targeted sales coverage.
The role is based in the Singapore Market Support Centre and will report to the SVP GCM IPVMC and the SVP Global Head Digital Sales.
What a VP Digital Sales does at Visa:
- Stand up and oversee the management of the AP regional digital sales organization to identify develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies with global impact.
- Work together with other leaders across the company (e.g. Marketing Client Support VAS Product etc. to execute prioritized sales initiatives and motions.
- Partner with regional sales leadership to set priorities goals and targets aligned with regional financial and strategic goals.
- Accurately forecast sales opportunities and deliver monthly sales and revenue quota to ensure profitability goals are achieved/exceeded.
- Exercise strong leadership skills to maintain a team of top talent and coach train motivate and grow direct reports.
- Lead a high performing team set clear objectives and provide guidance and support to achieve the organizations goals setting and managing the team against clear ambitious pipelines.
- Provide ongoing coaching to Sales Managers and Business Development Managers to achieve targets and of strategic initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with Visas Geography leaders in the markets to drive results.
- Conduct regular account reviews with direct reports to ensure maximum sales efforts.
- Conduct presentations to executive decisionmakers.

Qualifications :
What you will need:
- 15 to 20 years of experience including a minimum of 10 years business experience with related sales and leadership experience.
- Extensive payments industry experience with a strong partnership focus combined with a deep perspective on the trends influencing the industry.
- Knowledge of Visa payments solutions.
- Experience within a sales or digital sales / demand response function.
- Proven track record in leading teams that deliver against sales targets and experience in driving pipeline management.
- Indepth understanding and experience in outbound/outbound sales methodologies specifically within the MidMarket and small business models.
- Experience creating and executing customerobsessed sales strategies and benchmarks for analysing performance.
- Strong ability to work & influence crossfunctional teams.
- Exceptional analytic skills and conceptual thinking ability.
- Excellent statistical and financial analysis capabilities.
- Extensive forecasting and revenue recognition experience.
- Ability and desire to work in a fastpaced fun demanding environment.
- Communicate effectively across multiple technical and nontechnical business teams as well as across all geographies.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively navigate and lead others in an ambiguous environment to achieve high levels of performance and deliver sustainable value to the organization by holding yourself and others accountable.
