Our SSENSE Montreal boutique spans five floors offering a curated selection of highend products combining iconic brands with emerging designers. Join our team of 65 passionate individuals and contribute to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
The Appointment Operations Coordinator is responsible for the process and operations behind the appointment based personalized shopping experience for each of our customers at our SSENSE boutique. The candidate will deliver on accuracy speed and efficiency of the appointment inventory on a daily basis. The candidate will ensure flawless through quickly communicating and addressing issues to deliver bestinclass customer experiences.
