Role Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on HR-related matters.

- Monitor labor market trends to inform talent strategies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field; Master s preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR operations and talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
- Proven track record in developing HR strategies that drive business results.
- Experience managing complex employee relations issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop insightful solutions.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations relevant to India.
- Ability to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Experience managing budgets and HR resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- CRM and recruitment software knowledge is a plus.
