The Panel Engagement Strategist will lead email marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing engagement and maximizing the retention of healthcare professionals across multiple brands. This role involves developing and executing datadriven email marketing campaigns optimizing audience segmentation and leveraging strategic testing to drive conversions and strengthen relationships with our members.
The ideal candidate is detailoriented processdriven and passionate about email marketing. They will ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and industry best practices while continuously seeking opportunities to improve engagement marketing performance.
Working hours will be 6.30am 3.00pm Brazil time.
Essential Job functions (what the employee would do):
Including but not limited to the following:
Email Marketing & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute strategic engagement marketing plans in collaboration with the Panel Engagement Team Lead aligning with business objectives.
- Manage the endtoend of email marketing campaigns including ideation content creation deployment and performance analysis.
- Utilize A/B and multivariate testing methodologies to optimize messaging audience segmentation and engagement strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Ensure campaigns follow best practices for deliverability personalization and compliance with relevant regulations.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Proactively monitor key performance metrics analyze data trends and generate insightful reports to drive campaign effectiveness.
- Continuously optimize campaign strategies based on datadriven insights and suggest actionable improvements.
Collaboration & CrossFunctional Engagement
- Work closely with design content and analytics teams to ensure email marketing efforts align with broader marketing strategies and business goals.
- Effectively brief inhouse designers and content creators to produce highquality engaging email assets.
- Support internal stakeholders by sharing insights and best practices for panel engagement and retention.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Stay informed about industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in email marketing to drive innovation.
- Adapt to evolving business needs by taking on additional responsibilities as required demonstrating flexibility and a proactive mindset.
Qualifications :
Competencies:
- Email Marketing & Automation: Proficiency in email marketing platforms and automation tools (e.g. Ontraport DotDigital Mailchimp HubSpot Marketo Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Data Analysis & DecisionMaking: Keen analytical abilities to decipher data and convert it into meaningful strategies.
- Database Management: Understanding of member database management segmentation and audience targeting strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- DetailOriented & DeadlineDriven: Meticulous attention to detail with commitment to accuracy quality and meeting deadlines.
- Organizational & Prioritization Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize effectively and take ownership of projects.
- Independent & Proactive: Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while demonstrating initiative and adaptability.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to brief design and content teams effectively and work crossfunctionally.
Education and Training Required:
- Bachelors degree in business marketing or any other relevant field.
- Fluent English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills and demonstrable knowledge of English grammar.
- Second language proficiency preferred but not required.
Minimum Experience:
- 35 years of experience in email marketing digital marketing or a related field.
- Previous experience in healthcare marketing or panel management.
