We are looking for a detailoriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to support the planning and of internal and external communication efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills be highly organized and capable of working crossfunctionally to ensure consistent messaging across all departments.
Responsibilities
Draft edit and distribute internal communications such as newsletters memos and company updates.
Coordinate and support the of communication plans across departments.
Assist in preparing press releases presentations and other company materials.
Ensure consistency in tone voice and branding in all company messaging.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies.
Collaborate with team members to align messages with company goals.
Maintain communication calendars and ensure deadlines are met.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field.
12 years of experience in a communicationsrelated role preferred.
Strong writing proofreading and editing skills.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools.
