No previous experience Do you have previous customer service experience How about a selfstarter mentality Are you looking to make a switch to the automotive industry We are currently seeking motivated individuals to become Express Service Writers at Reynolds Subaru.
Previous experience is not required. We will train you to be a success and help you grow a career in automotive.

Responsibilities
- Receiving customers and their automobiles in the most effective and timely manner.
- Constant communication with your service technicians.
- Calling customers with diagnostic results and recommendations from your technicians.
- Selling the recommendations from your technicians.
- Assisting our service customers at checkout
- Prompt call to customers when vehicle is washed and ready.
- Close all repair orders and review with customers as they pick up their automobiles.
- Managing loaner and rental schedule
Qualifications
- Professional attitude and strong communication listening and phone skills
- Ability to prioritize assignments multitask be detailoriented adapt to changes in daily tasks when necessary and be able to work under pressure
- Team Player
- Organized and structured
- SelfMotivated
- Reliable
- Intermediate Word EXCEL and data entry
