Group HR Manager

We are hiring for our client an awardwinning and wellestablished employer with a highprofile client portfolio who is seeking to appoint a Group HR Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to step into a dynamic and strategic HR leadership role within a growing and supportive organisation.

The successful Group HR Manager will join a business known for excellence and innovation leading on all aspects of HR strategy compliance and operations across the organisation. You will provide expert HR guidance to the leadership team and be responsible for driving a peoplefocused agenda that supports growth and performance.

The Role:

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding including the preparation and issuing of offer packs
  • Overseeing the induction and onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for all new hires
  • Handling a range of employee relations matters including grievances disciplinaries terminations absence management and redundancy processes
  • Managing the probationary review process and supporting line managers in performance discussions
  • Supporting team leaders in identifying training needs tracking budgets and maintaining training records
  • Providing clear professional HR advice and guidance to managers on all peoplerelated matters
  • Ensuring compliance with all HR legislation and implementing best practice across the business
  • Developing maintaining and ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures
  • Liaising with the Finance Director on payrollrelated updates including new hires leavers and salary adjustments
  • Maintaining accurate and uptodate employee records and managing all HR administration
  • Leading or supporting on HRrelated projects and contributing to wider business initiatives as required

The Person:

  • 35 years HR Generalist or Senior HR Advisory experience AND/OR 2 years experience in an HR Management role
  • CIPD qualified
  • Proven ability to manage change and influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice in NI/UK
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Collaborative resilient and professional communicator
