SEND Engaging with Children Young People and Families
We are thrilled to be offering an apprenticeship opportunity within our SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disability) Team to complete a Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration.
This is to provide the right person with the chance to excel in a fastpaced environment where priorities shift frequently to cater to the needs of our stakeholders.
Ideally you will have some administrative background and working knowledge of MS Office. Crucial qualities include precision and adaptability along with exceptional communication skills. Your ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and partner agencies is essential as it enables you to engage with professionals and families while working alongside the childrens services teams. This collaborative aspect of the role may present challenges at times but its an essential part of making a meaningful impact.
Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of business support functions. These include minute taking answering telephones using the liquid logic LCS database typing scanning and filing. Experience with special educational needs and disabilities personally or professionally is also desirable.
