Job Description
Employment Type: Part Time 0.4 FTE; 14 hours per week
Duration: 2 years fixed term
Remuneration: $85717 pro rata 17 superannuation leave loading
Location: Liverpool Hospital New South Wales
To be successful you will hold Australian Working Rights or Australian Citizenship. Visa sponsorship is not available for this appointment.
Why this role matters:
The Clinical Teaching Support Administrator provides effective daytoday logistical support for clinical teaching within UNSW Medicine & Health. This role will support the disciplines of Paediatrics Psychiatry and Womens Health within the South West Sydney Clinical Campuses.
The role reports to the Clinical Teaching Support Unit Manager.
Skills Required:
- Relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education training and experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and productively within a team but also to take initiative and work independently while managing competing demands.
- Demonstrated experience providing effective customer service and support to clients at all levels.
- Welldeveloped interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced time management organisational and problemsolving skills including the ability to meet deadlines.
- High proficiency of computer literacy working with a range of computer systems and applications including Microsoft Office 365 suite including Teams OneDrive Excel Word Powerpoint and Outlook and with using UNSWs enterprise systems.
- Demonstrated experience supporting and contributing to projects and initiatives.
- An understanding of and commitment to UNSWs aims objectives and values in action together with relevant policies and guidelines.
- Knowledge of health & safety (psychosocial and physical) responsibilities and commitment to attending relevant health and safety training.

- Vaccinations this position is based at the Liverpool Hospital.
