Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic intern to join our India Finance team. This entrylevel role is ideal for recent graduates with a background in Accounting & Finance. As a Finance Intern you will gain handson experience in bookkeeping accounting payroll and compliance contributing to various financerelated tasks. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the field of accounting.
Responsibilities:
Support monthend closure activities including journal posting invoice management and reconciliations.
Assist in processing employee reimbursements with accuracy ensuring alignment with the entitys expense policy.
Support payroll operations including finance onboarding for new hires verifying primary employee information and processing shift allowances in line with company policies.
Prepare financial reports as required within defined timelines.
Contribute to adhoc accounting projects as needed.
Qualifications :
Requirements & Skills:
Recent graduate or in the final year/semester of Accounting & Finance studies ready to work fulltime (B/M/MBA).
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and local tax regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel with strong communication skills.
Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
