What will you do

The O&M Coordinator HV/LV will support the site on operating all High Voltage as well as Low Voltage Installations in close cooperation with the Country Responsible Person for the Electrical Installation (IV Installatie Verantwoordelijke). The O&M Coordinator HV/LV will act as WV Werk Verantwoordelijke ensuring that the Vattenfall Safe System of Work (SSoW) and Wind Electrical Safety Rules are followed at all times.

The O&M Site Coordinator HV/LV is responsible for the status on all electrical related site activities. With special focus on the safe and efficient delivery of offshore operations contractors and sitebased project management ensuring that centrally driven projects are effectively integrated on site.

Support in ensuring a safe cost efficient and compliant of maintenance and site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the key stakeholder report status coordinate and project manage elements of the following:

Thirdparty/contractors at site Projects at site

Information about escalated topics to the senior management level (improvement forum)

Inspections Planned maintenance Adhoc requested by owners (asset management)

Warranty management/Endofwarranty projects e.g. TSA/SSA etc.

Under Low voltage Safe System of Work (WTSR) act as Authorising Engineer incl. gatekeeper on the sitespecific items

Under high voltage Safe System of Work (WESR) act as Person in Control of Electrical Installation (PCEI/ WV Werk Verantwoordelijke)

First point of contact for internal stakeholders: PREI Person Responsible for Electrical Installation (IV Installatie Verantwoordelijke) High Voltage Control Centre High Voltage Troubleshooter Fast Response Team

Ensure completeness and review documentation (RAMS etc. required to accommodate the abovementioned tasks

At all times keep Planner function up to date on all progress and changes to the plan

Supply Project Engineer with work scope short and long term to enable the creation of the site project and maintenance plans

Drive the optimization of internal/external resources

Support Regional Support on scope development or procurement of services/thirdparty contractors Assist the HS Specialist in carrying out risk assessments as required

Onsite contract management and support to the Site Manager regarding contracts

Collect and review and forward service reports from contractors/third parties on site to Technical Support Engineering or Regional Support where applicable

Liaise with the Project Manager to ensure that all nonsite personnel involved in project work on site have the site induction

Responsible for ensuring effective of centrally run projects to ensure minimum downtime low cost and safe operations

Responsible for the coordination and facilitation of central Support managed project and the CI team (SPOC) (O&M Projects) activity to sites including but not limed to major component/jackup vessels operation subsea inspection campaigns end of warranty inspection campaigns utilize Regional Support or other site staff if necessary

Responsible for the ongoing performance management of all contractors/suppliers at the site in line with contractual and noncontractual objectives

Responsible for ensuring all environmental and consents project activities and executed in line with Vattenfall requirements

Reduction in O&M costs through efficient procurement activities together with commercial management and Regional Support

Realized synergies on regional OPEX and Revenue Based Availability loss on projects and activities

Raise and coordinate technical queries

Coordinating tasks and projects across various departments and be on top of escalated topics

Responsible for ensuring efficient handover between shifts in your area of responsibility Support the Site Manager with Warranty management/Endofwarranty projects e.g. TSA/SSA etc.

Support Site Manager in establishing Asset Operational Readiness

Deliver input and support in Business Planning and Budgeting

Finance close of workorders

Handle SAP PM Workorders from End to End

Taking the role of an Authorized Person if required

Location:

Your base is the hub in the port of IJmuiden. There we monitor the entire wind farm of more than 200 km2 with a team of 30 technicians. The site office consists of office space a jetty for the crew transport vessels and the warehouse with spare parts.

• Advanced electrical education or . in Electrical Engineering or other relevant background
• Project management skills
• Proven track record and experience of proven assistant and administration support and maintaining office systems
• High level of communication skill and excellent problemsolving skills
• ITIntermediate to advanced level of MS Word Excel and MS Outlook
• Ability to prioritize own workload and organize time and tasks efficiently and be proactive
• Fluent in English spoken as well as written
• NL specific; nomination as WV
• NL specific; Relevant knowledge about NEN 3140 / 3840 etc. Project management skills
• Proven track record and experience of proven assistant and administration support and maintaining office systems
• High level of communication skill and excellent problemsolving skills
• ITIntermediate to advanced level of MS Word Excel and MS Outlook
• Ability to prioritize own workload and organize time and tasks efficiently and be proactive
• Fluent in English spoken as well as written

In addition the following points are really important. You are:

• in possession of a driving license B living within commuting distance of IJmuiden
• in possession of good IT skills (MSoffice applications and SAP system).
