Key Responsibilities:
- Providing companionship personal care and assisting clients in their own homes.
- Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing dressing and meal preparation.
- Monitoring and reporting on the clients condition and any changes in their health.
- Promoting independence and ensuring the clients safety and wellbeing.
- Providing fun daily activities to clients throughout the day.
We cover: Hexham Corbridge Riding Mill Newton Stocksfield Prudhoe Ovingham Crawcrook Ryton Heddon on the wall and Whickham and surrounding villages.
Additional Information :
This role is subject to DBS enhanced disclosure and satisfactory references. Full UK Driving License access to own vehicle if you do not have a vehicle you need to have access to reliable transport. MUST have the Right to Work in the UK.
