Job Description
The Ad Sales Finance Manager will lead revenue forecasting analysis and financial planning for the Cable Entertainment networks within NBCUniversal. This highimpact role offers the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the Ad Sales business by partnering closely with Sales Planning Research Inventory and Corporate Finance teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed ad sales revenue models for key financial planning cycles including but not limited to Budget Longrange plan and quarterly forecasts
- Lead weekly pacing and performance reporting ensuring accuracy and insight into revenue drivers to evaluate KPIs and explain revenue variances
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and quantify financial risks and opportunities delivering insights to senior leadership.
- Manage monthend and quarterend close processes including variance analysis and reporting
- Continuously enhance reporting tools and processes to improve efficiency and decisionmaking support
- Gain and maintain expertise in internal reporting systems such as SAP OnAir and MicroStrategy
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in finance preferably with a focus on revenue planning forecasting or audit
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proven ability to communicate financial concepts effectively to nonfinancial audiences
- Proactive and detailoriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Thrives in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment; able to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP OnAir and MicroStrategy a plus
- Excellent verbal written and presentation communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits including medical dental and vision insurance 401(k) paid leave tuition reimbursement and a variety of other discounts and perks.
