Hiring Center Manager Counselor!!
Location Muktsar (Punjab)
Experience 14 years of experience as counsellor or in educational sales
Duties and Responsibilities:
To manage and run the Institute as an independent profit centre.
To Plan and execute various Sales & Marketing activities for achieving Admission targets.
To meet with sales revenue and profit targets.
To promote the institute and its courses.
To ensure proper handling of walkins Counselling prospective students. Converting enquiries to registrations.
To ensure proper handling of admission procedures.
To maintain staff & student discipline.
To interact with suppliers & vendors.
To manage cash flows/receivables/payables.
To strategize & undertake revenue generating activities.
Tieup with local Colleges Schools Tuition houses.
To maintain files/records/databanks.
To know & study the general market industry & competition.
To ensure high quality of education.
To ensure high satisfaction level from students.
