Job Description
A busy construction company located in Bear DE seeking a Construction Drafter to join their team. The ideal candidate must possess great communication skills be detail oriented and have the ability to multitask and problem solve. This position includes full time employment complete with a competitive compensation and benefits package. Job Responsibilities: Read analyze and interpret construction documents specifications and blue prints; Ability to confirm all construction material takeoffs (concrete takeoff a plus); Review all billable data for accuracy; Analyze field data to what is presented to builders for payment identify variances; Verify subcontractor billing for accuracy; Identify root causes for transaction or billing related errors; Identify opportunities for process improvement to prevent recurrence of the issue; develop and implement solutions; provide cross training to team members affected by the new/revised processes; Observe and advise management team on issues relating to the billing process. Job requirements: CAD or Bluebeam experience; Bilingual language skills a plus.
