7 Acre is currentlyhiring skilled are looking for motivated individuals who desire to be a part of a team that is passionate about quality and hospitality. Roles may vary but this team member could be responsible for meat and fish fabrication general prep station set up and always cooking meals in a wellkept sanitized work area. The immediate need is for a strong pantry cook but we also have opportunities to rotate through various stations as well.
Responsibilities Execute all prep assignments quickly efficiently safely and according to the companys standards and specifications. Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation including tables shelves walls storage areas cooking and refrigeration equipment adhering to proper sanitation standards. Understand and consistently comply with our standards regarding portion size cooking methods and kitchen rules at all times. Prepare dishes on our menu according to restaurant recipes. Qualifications Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more a day. Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds at a time on a regular basis. Ideally 1 to 5 years of experience cooking multiple stations in a professional table service kitchen. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with Kitchen Team Members and Kitchen Managers Obtain food safe certification if not already complete.
