Position Description:
CGI Federal is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Next Generation Desktop platform initiative. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the secure operation maintenance enhancement and performance of the NGD application ensuring it aligns with the needs of CMS and its stakeholders.
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) provides healthcare services to approximately 79 million individuals through Medicare and Medicaid. CMS is dedicated to delivering highquality healthcare at a reasonable cost and disseminating essential information regarding benefits health promotion and choices. The Next Generation Desktop platform (NGD) is a vital system designed to offer a unified interface for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to effectively address the needs of beneficiaries and marketplace consumers.
**This position is located in our Fairfax VA office; however a hybrid working model is acceptable**
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Manage the client and stakeholder relationship to ensure deliverables SLAs are met.
Manage the operations and management of the NGD Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application to support uptime requirements and viability supporting a 24/7/365 schedule.
Collaborate with CMS to identify and implement enhancements and add additional features to NGD to enhance the mission.
Work closely with all existing operational NGD environments at each contact center and the NGD hosting vendor to support 24/7/365 uptime.
Ensure seamless integration of NGD with external systems and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.
Support CMSs Virtual Contact Center Strategy including Contact Center Operations MyMedicare Speech Interactive Voice Response Computer Telephony Integration and National Data Warehouse.
Provide comprehensive documentation on all system configurations.
Analyze implementation processes to determine necessary technology and skills aiming to reduce or eliminate technical debts.
Identify track and mitigate risks and issues across the program.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science or a related field.
15 years of experience in program management or a similar role; ideally in the existing CMS NGD environment.
Proven experience in managing largescale IT projects preferably within the healthcare sector.
Strong understanding of CMS systems optimization.
Strong innovative thinker to improve and accelerate new technologies and modernization of the CRM system.
Experience with system integration and performance optimization.
Siebel and/or Salesforce experience is very desirable.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
PMP Agile and SAFe Certifications.
Desired qualifications/nonessential skills required:
Experience with Federal Government and Healthcare sectors.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level experience relevant training and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for meritbased performance CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $125500.00 $247100.00.
