Summary of Role:
The Accounting Senior Manager will oversee the accounting functions ensuring the integrity of financial data and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role will involve strategic financial planning managing a global team and coordinating with other departments to support the overall financial strategy of the organization.
Essential Responsibilities:
Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Manage and mentor a global team providing guidance and development opportunities.
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance financial controls and processes.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
Collaborate with other departments to support strategic financial planning and decisionmaking.
Monitor and analyze financial performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthend quarterend and yearend close processes.
Other Responsibilities:
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the accounting department for US and EMEA entities.
Lead or participate in special projects and initiatives to improve financial processes and systems.
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental Health Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
Minimum of 810 years of experience in accounting with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles financial reporting and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
Excellent leadership organizational and communication skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ERP systems particularly SAP.
Experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
Expected Salary Range
$95200.00 $202800.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications experience and location.
