You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a Quality Engineer for the Quality Operations department at Sartorius this role you will be responsible for managing the Quality Management System complete non conformances internal and external auditing handling complaints calibration document review and more.
The immediate team consists of 4 professionals and we arelooking forward to shaping the future with position is available fulltime at our Havant site.

On a daily basis you will carry out activities such as live NCR reviews on the shopfloor upload NCRs to SAP investigate quality issues understand component interaction driving to root cause and implement corrective actions
Manage the calibration of instruments used in manufacture validation and inspection
Ensuring compliance of QMS in regards to protocols procedures and document release to SAP ensuring documentation is signed off
Regulatory reviews according to quality standards ie.: ISO9001
Handling customer complaints and dealing with customer returns and provide ongoing quality support to customers
Participate in internal and external auditing prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of quality systems
Conducting risk assessments
You will work closely with interfacing departments on process validation control and procedural improvements
Work collaboratively with the wider teams such as Design Engineering Production Testing to reach common results and goals
Build relationships with suppliers internal departments to improve the overall end to end process
Develop protocols for inspection and evaluation of data
What will convince us
HNC/HND or Degree in life science or engineering or related discipline
Experience in quality or manufacturing environment working in low volume high value engineering/manufacturing
Good understanding of ISO9001 and ability to follow regulatory standards in the biopharmaceutical industry
Understanding of pressure equipment would be beneficial
Experience in conducting risk management evaluations root cause analysis and leading Six Sigma projects
Experience using ERP ideally SAP
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Strong time management skills
The ability to produce comprehensive technical reports
The ability to work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders
