I. Job Objectives and KPIs
As a Business Analyst with strong trading experience your role is to act as the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will be responsible for gathering analyzing and validating requirements for trading platform features ensuring alignment with strategic goals in a scaled agile environment. You will contribute to the definition of business processes user journeys and system integration needs playing a crucial role in project delivery.

II. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) and Tasks
Requirement Analysis & Documentation
- Work closely with product owners traders and business users to elicit detailed requirements.
- Analyze and document functional and nonfunctional requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear actionable user stories or specifications.
Domain & Trading Expertise
- Understand endtoend trade lifecycle trading instruments market data flows and regulatory compliance aspects.
- Provide context and business insight to development and QA teams.
- Analyze impacts of changes across systems and processes.
Agile Delivery & Collaboration
- Participate in PI Planning backlog grooming sprint planning and daily standups.
- Support Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog.
- Act as a bridge between business and IT during development and testing.
- Clarify requirements throughout the development cycle.
Stakeholder Communication
- Facilitate workshops interviews and requirement walkthroughs.
- Ensure stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout delivery.
- Provide updates and documentation in a transparent and structured format.
Quality Assurance Support
- Define acceptance criteria and support UAT.
- Assist QA teams in test scenario definition based on requirements.
III. MustHave Competencies / Expected Level
- Strong knowledge of trading platforms instruments and trade lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in scaled agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe).
- Structured and detailoriented with a proactive attitude.
IV. Education / Training / Certifications
- Bachelors Degree in Finance Economics Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 46 years of business analysis experience.
- Previous experience in the banking or financial services sector trading domain preferred.
- Certifications in Agile (Scrum SAFe) or Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP) are a plus.
