Job Description
Data Manager
The Data Analyst evaluates operational data to support decisionmaking using modeling techniques to assess current activities identify issues and develop solutions. They test models validate results and prepare reports with proposed solutions and alternatives.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Data Manager: $ 120000.00
Pay commensurate with experience.

Data Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Proficiency in tools like Excel SQL or Python for cleaning manipulating and transforming data.
- Understanding of statistical concepts and methods to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Ability to create clear and informative visualizations using tools like Tableau Power BI or Excel to communicate insights effectively.
- The ability to break down complex problems into smaller manageable components and identify root causes.
- The capacity to evaluate information identify patterns and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with problemsolving methodologies like Six Sigma or Lean.
- Ability to document and analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Process Optimization: Knowledge of process improvement techniques like Lean Six Sigma to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
- Change Management: Understanding of how to implement changes effectively and minimize resistance.
- Knowledge of business operations and how they relate to the organizations goals.
- Basic understanding of financial concepts and metrics to assess the impact of operational decisions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and build relationships.
- Familiarity with common business applications like ERP systems CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Understanding of automation tools and techniques to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Performs other jobrelated duties as assigned.
Data Manager Experience Education Skills Abilities requested:
- A Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
- 24 years of related experience
- Depending on the industry candidates may also need to have knowledge of specific regulations standards or best practices.
- Strong communication interpersonal and teamwork skills are essential for operations analysts.
