Senior AssociateJob Description & Summary
Engage in Global Business Services (GBS) projects to evaluate organizational performance identify improvement opportunities and implement enhancements for operational excellence.
- Collaborate with project teams including internal and client members to optimize clients operations and establish a foundation for success.
- Support global clients throughout their GBS journey from designing Target Operating Models to executing largescale business transformations.
- Analyze complex data sets to provide clients with insights and identify the best solutions.
- Contribute to creating compelling proposals that guide clients on GBS and Outsourcing strategy .
- Pursue personal development through diverse projects (internal/ external) a wide range of trainings and courses.
Your skills set:
- Have 1 to 3 years of professional experience in the GBS/ Shared Services/ Captive and/ or Business Process Outsourcing consulting industry.
- Experience in one or more Shared Services functions preferably in endtoend Finance Procurement Supply Chain FP&A HR or IT services.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in German and English; French nice to have.
